UBURx offers discounts on prescriptions through UBURx’s website, UBURx.com (the “Site”). UBURx is a premium program that provides members (“Members”, and your status as a Member is referred to as your “Membership”) discounts on prescriptions through the Site, and by email messages (which you may elect to receive or opt out of receiving) sent to the address associated with your account. UBURx provides discounts at participating pharmacies (get a current list by calling 1-888-973-4476) but does not pay pharmacies. You are obligated to pay for all services provided. UBURx provides discounts on average of 85% off retail price, which will vary depending on the type of provider and service received.
Your Membership starts on the date that you sign up for a Membership and provide us with your Payment Method. Your Membership will automatically renew and continue for continuous Membership Cycles unless and until you cancel your Membership or UBURx terminates. If you decide to cancel, we require a 60-day cancellation notice. If your subscription is paid by a third party and that third party ceases to, for any reason, pay for your subscription or any other applicable fee, you may continue your subscription to the Services provided you immediately make arrangements to pay the Company directly. As an individual enrollee, you may upgrade or downgrade the level of the Services to which you are subscribing at any time by following the instructions on the Site, which shall take effect by your next full billing cycle. Subscriptions provided by a third party may only be upgraded pursuant to direct payment to The Company. Company may cancel your subscription at any time. The Company has sole and absolute discretion in determining whether or not to issue a refund. Cancellations require a 60-day notice.
You can cancel anytime with 60 days notice, subject to a $10 processing fee. Unless you have a discounted Membership fee, you will be charged $9.99 for the family plan for each Membership Cycle prior to or at the beginning of each Membership Cycle, unless you cancel your Membership at least (60) days before your Membership Fee is due. Amounts paid for medications and prescriptions are not refundable. You will be charged to the credit card number you provided. You may update your billing details by contacting Customer Service. If you cancel your Membership at least one (60) days before the next Membership Fee is due, your Membership and access to the Services will terminate on the day your next Membership fee is due. Otherwise, UBURx will bill you for an additional Membership fee, and your Membership and access to the Services shall expire one month after your last paid Membership fee.
To help you manage your prescriptions, we’ll email you notifications about your fills (i.e., refill reminders). Your prescription names are not shown in the communications. By providing your email address, you agree to be contacted with such notifications. There is some risk that the information in the communications could be read by a third party. To opt out of emails, please go to “Account Settings.”
